The experience begins with a warm welcome at Marina's masseria, where you will learn about a family history of deep connection with the land. Walking through the ancient olive groves, you will then discover the secrets of majestic olive trees, learning about their varieties and the techniques for harvesting their precious fruits. The journey goes on with a visit to the oil mill, where you will learn about each phase of oil production. The highlight of the experience is a sensory tasting workshop, designed to introduce you to the different flavors and aromas of extra virgin olive oil: guided by experts, you will learn to appreciate its organoleptic characteristics. The activity ends with a tasting of traditional local products, which will offer you the chance to taste Puglia in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.

Join us for an unforgettable culinary journey into the heart of the Itria Valley. Your experience begins with a guided tour of our enchanting property, discovering lush gardens and the rich biodiversity of the Mediterranean bush. Together we will visit the vegetable garden, to hand-pick fresh, seasonal produce, and get to work preparing tasty traditional recipes from Puglia. Here, under the guidance of our local chefs, you will learn preparing timeless dishes such as orecchiette, focaccia, meat dishes and seasonal vegetables. You will be given an apron and a recipe booklet to take home as a souvenir, and after the cooking session you will enjoy the fruits of your labor by lunch or dinner.

The atelier will come directly to you, in the comfort of your holiday home or in a dedicated space in your hotel. You will decide the weave, the materials and colours, the shape, the collar and any other detail... every shirt is made to measure! Once everything is decided, the magic happens: Vito and Gianfranco will bring your dream to life and ship it to your home, combining timeless tradition and contemporary comfort.
